The problem of blockage or compression of nerves is becoming common. The reason for this can be problems like smoking, drinking alcohol, diabetes, cholesterol, stress, obesity, and high blood pressure. Nerves can also get blocked due to poor diet, lack of nutrients, and physical activities.

Due to blockage of nerves, there is severe pain, burning, or tingling in the muscles and body. Muscles start weakening. Numbness of that part of the body or swelling and pain are common symptoms.
