Dishes made of coarse grains will be prepared
If reports are to be believed then the food menu will include more than 100 dishes. Which many dishes would be made of coarse grains like millet, ragi, jowar sesame, etc. In this menu, everything from the starter to the main course is prepared from millets i.e. coarse grains.

Talking about dishes, the news is coming out that Bihar's Litti-Chokha, Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma, Punjabi Tadka, Uttapam and Idli, Bengali Rasgulla, South India's Masala Dosa, Jalebi and many special dishes and sweets are specially served. The specialties of different states of India are visible in these dishes.

Guests will be treated to street food
Apart from this, like every time, this time also PM Modi will give the taste of desi street food to his foreign guests. The list of street foods will include Golgappa, Dahi Bhalla, Samosa, Bhelpuri, Vada Pav, and Chatpati Chaat.
