Some people are unable to control their eating habits. Some people break down on seeing the delicious dishes at weddings or parties, which leads to stomach problems. Without food we cannot survive for long, it nourishes our body. When a person eats more than necessary, then the stomach gets upset. This can cause bloating, heaviness, flatulence, constipation, and hyperacidity.

If you eat more then your stomach will feel heavy and many problems will arise. To avoid this, prepare a special lemonade after eating. Take a glass of lukewarm water and add the juice of half a lemon, black salt, and cumin powder to it. Drinking this removes heaviness.

Cucumber is high in fiber and water content which actually helps in the digestion of food. For this reason, it is advised to eat cucumber with food. If you have eaten too much, then cut the cucumber and eat it after 30 minutes. This would be a great relief.
