  • Hibiscus contains Vitamin C. It hydrates the skin and prevents premature ageing.
  • Cumin contains Vitamin E which reduces the signs of aging and prevents hyperpigmentation.
  • Rose petals contain vitamin C. It reduces itching and burning sensation in the skin. Besides, it also reduces wrinkles.
  • Cinnamon improves insulin sensitivity and regulates blood sugar levels.
  • The problem of skin tags also occurs due to insulin resistance.
  • Eugenol is found in basil leaves. It reduces acne.

Ingredients required

  • Dried hibiscus flower petals – 1 tsp
  • Cumin- 1 tsp
  • Rose petals- 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves- 4
  • Cinnamon – half teaspoon
  • Water- 1 liter

Method

  • Put everything in a jar.
  • Add 1 litre of lukewarm water to it.
  • After it is infused, filter it.
  • Your healthy tea is ready.
