Ingredients required to make Pudina Paratha-

Wheat flour

Mint leaves

Grated ginger

Red chili powder

Dry mint

Chaat masala Butter

Desi

ghee

Salt as per taste

How to make Pudina Paratha?

To make Pudina Paratha, first of all, take a mixing bowl.

Then filter the flour and add chopped mint leaves to it.

After that add grated ginger, spoon oil, and salt as per taste and mix it.

Then knead the dough by adding water as required.

After this, cover this dough and keep it aside for about 15 minutes.

Then mix dry mint, red chili powder, and a little salt in a bowl.

After this, knead the dough once more and make medium-sized balls.

Then you roll the dough and put the dry mint mixture and spread it all around.

After this, roll the paratha and make a roll like Lachha Paratha.

Then you roll the paratha by pressing the roll from the middle.

After this, heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat.

Then put the paratha on a hot griddle and roast it by applying ghee on both sides.
