If you are traveling by Indian train and during this time a passenger quarrel with you or misbehaves with you for any reason, then in such a situation you have full right to complain about it. These complaints are resolved by the railways.

If you are traveling by train and you face any problem in which someone quarrels or misbehaves with you, then you can complain about it to the Government Railway Police i.e. GRP. Action is taken on your complaint by GRP because they have to ensure security in the railway area.
If someone is harassing you, then in such a situation, first of all, you can complain to the GRP officer.
In such a situation, GRP takes action on your complaint and can also arrest you if needed.
However, when someone is arrested, then he is handed over to the local police.
