Material :
-1 cup cooked rice

-1 cup curd

- half cup grated cucumber

-1 tbsp curry leaves

-1-2 tbsp green chilies

Coriander leaves, chopped

-2-3 tbsp pomegranate seeds

-2 tbsp peanuts

-1 tsp black pepper powder

-1 tsp cumin

-1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)

1-2 tsp Ghee Salt as per taste

Method :
1. Start by grating the cucumber. Keep it aside.

2. Now beat the curd in a bowl and add grated cucumber to it.

3. Add salt, black pepper, and coriander leaves to the puree and mixes well.

4. Now put the cooked rice in the puree of cucumber and curd.

5. Put ghee in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chilies, curry leaves, and peanuts and fry for 1 minute.

6. Pour the tempering over the cucumber, and curd rice mixture and mix well.

7. To chill the dish, you can keep it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
