1. Do Chakrasan

Chakrasana is a great option for those people who want their skin to glow. To do this, first of all, you have to lie down on your back. Then keep both your claws on the mat. Now fold both hands and bring them to your shoulders and keep your palms on the ground. Now keep inhaling and exhaling, in which the upper part of the body has to be raised and then the head has to be kept on the mat. In the same way, while breathing, raise the head up and then lower it. Keep in mind that while doing this, your waist should be straight. While there, keep the legs, arms, and chest stretched.

2. Practice of Balasan

Balasan is such a yoga position among all yoga asanas, by doing which your skin is protected from the outside sun, sunlight, and wind. At the same time, with its practice, you will look young even in old age. To do this yoga asana, you have to sit on the yoga mat by bending your knees. Sit in such a position that the hips rest on the feet. Now open both your hands and keep them in line with the head. Then bend the head downwards and keep it on the ground. You sit in such a way that the chest is on your thighs and both hands are in front of your head. Now stay in this state for some time. Do this asana for 10 minutes.

3. Do Halasan

This asana gives inner beauty to your skin. With its daily practice, you will look young even in old age and get glowing skin. To do this, lie on your back. Then keep both your palms close to your body. After this, raise your legs and take them to the head and keep the palms pressed on the ground. Now take your feet behind the head. Now wait like this for a while. Do this asana for about 10 minutes.
