Ingredients to make Papaya Halwa-
Ripe Papaya - 1
Milk - half a liter
Sugar - half cup
Cardamom powder - half teaspoon
Dry fruits - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method of making Papaya Halwa-
1. First take a ripe papaya and peel it and cut it into big pieces.
2. Now take a pan and put desi ghee in it and put it on the gas on low flame. Then after melting the ghee, put papaya pieces in it.
3. Keep stirring it for two to three minutes and mash the papaya pieces well.
4. After this add milk to the cooked papaya and cook and keep stirring.
5. Now you have to fry this mixture so much that the milk starts drying up.
6. After this add cardamom powder to the papaya pudding and mix well.
7. Now let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add sugar to it.
8. After a while add dry fruits to it and fry it.
9. After some time a nice smell will start coming from the halwa. Now take it off the gas.
10. Your nutritious and delicious papaya pudding is ready. Remove it from the bowl, then garnish it with pieces of dry fruits and serve.
