What is Samkonasana?
Samakonasan is made up of two words right angle and asana, as the name itself suggests, in this asana the body makes an angle of 90 degrees. This asana is called Straight Angle Pose in English. Practicing Samkonasana not only brings flexibility to the body but also relieves back pain.

Right angles method
First of all, stand straight on the yoga mat.
Now raise both your hands up.
Now bending the body from the waist, bend it down to 90 degrees.
Keep in mind that your knees should not bend and both hands should be in front, while the eyes should be towards the ground.
During this, you have to keep taking long deep breaths.
Stay in this position for about 30-40 seconds.
Then lower the hands and come back to normal position.

These precautions must be taken during Samkonasana

Samkonasana is also not right for pregnant women.
You can do Samkonasana five to ten times at a time.
