Ingredients for making laddus
Dates (seeds removed) - 1 cup Almonds - 1/2 cup Cashews - 1/2 cup Pistachios - 1/4 cup Walnuts - 1/4 cup Ghee - 1 tablespoon Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon Method To make laddus without sugar, you first have to prepare date paste. For this, soak dates in hot water for 10-15 minutes so that they become soft. Then grind them in a mixer and make a paste. After preparing the date paste, heat ghee in a pan add almonds, cashews, pistachios, and walnuts, and fry lightly. When all the dry fruits turn light golden, put them in the mixer and grind coarsely. After this, it is now time to prepare the laddu mixture. To prepare the mixture, first take a big vessel and add date paste and ground nuts to it. After mixing well, add cardamom powder to the mixture and mix again. Now make small laddus from this mixture. Finally, these laddus can be wrapped in coconut powder. You can store it for two to three weeks.
