Step 1
If you want your Ayushman card to be made, then you will have to check the eligibility first.
In such a situation, you have to first go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Here you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible'
Step 2
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number, on which an OTP will come.
Then fill in the OTP received on this number
Also, enter the captcha code given on the screen.
Now you have to login
Step 3
As soon as you log in, you will have two options.
Where in the first option you have to select your state.
Then you have to select your district in the second option.
Step 4
Now you have to search here, for which you will get many options.
You have to select Aadhaar from this and enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
After this, you have to click on search and then you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not.
