2. Milk - 1.5 cups
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
5. Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
6. Cream - 4 tbsp
7. Desi ghee - 2 tsp

1. To make delicious bread pudding for breakfast, first of all, take bread slices.
2. After this, cut the edges of the bread with scissors or a knife and separate them.
3. Now cut the white part of the bread into fine pieces and keep it aside.
4. After this, put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and melt it.
5. Now put chopped dry fruits in it and fry for about 1 minute.
6. After this, take them out in a bowl and keep them aside.
7. Now add 1 more teaspoon of ghee to the pan and melt it.
8. After this, put the chopped bread pieces in it and fry till it becomes golden and then pour milk into the pan and cook it for at least 2-3 minutes while mashing the bread pieces well.
9. Now add cream and sugar as per taste and cook it for about 2 minutes till the sugar dissolves.
