Palak Paneer Bhurji is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the goodness of spinach with crumbled paneer. Here's how to make Palak Paneer Bhurji:

Ingredients:

200 grams paneer,

2 cups spinach leaves, washed and finely chopped,

1 onion finely chopped,

1 tomato finely chopped,

2 green chilies finely chopped,

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

salt as per taste

2 tbsp oil or ghee fresh

coriander leaves for garnishing

Instruction:

Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for a minute till the raw smell disappears.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are soft and mushy.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add chopped spinach leaves and cook till they turn mushy.

Crumble the paneer and add it to the pan. Mix well in the spinach mixture.

Cook for a few more minutes until the paneer is nicely heated along with the spinach.

Sprinkle garam masala and stir it for the last time.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve Palak Paneer Bhurji hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
