Material
Green peas – 2 cups
Flour – 2 cups
Flour – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
oil as per requirement
salt to taste
Water – 1 cup

Method
1. First of all, peel the peas and take them out in a bowl.
2. After this, sift the flour and all-purpose flour in a vessel.
3. Mix both the ingredients and add a little oil and salt.
4. Add salt and oil and knead the dough by adding lukewarm water.
5. Knead the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
6. Heat water in a vessel.
7. When the water starts heating, add peas to it.
8. When the peas become soft after boiling, filter the water through a strainer.
9. Put the peas in a mixer jar and add chopped green chilies and ginger.
10. Mix all the ingredients and make a coarse paste.


11. Heat oil in a pan. Then add asafoetida and pea paste and fry.
12. After frying the paste, turn off the gas. After this, keep the stuffing to cool.
13. Make balls of the prepared dough. Take out balls and put stuffing in them.
14. Prepare Kachori in the same way as the remaining dough.
15. Heat oil in a pan. - After it gets hot, add a kachori to it and fry it.
16. When the Kachori turns brown, take it out on a plate.
17. Your delicious Matar Kachori is ready. Serve with green chutney.
