Under the scheme, those people can join this scheme who are doll and toy makers, boat makers, garland makers, masons, hammer and toolkit makers, cobbler/shoemakers,
Boat makers, basket/mat/broom makers, blacksmiths, stone carvers, locksmiths, stone breakers, sculptors, goldsmiths, barbers, washermen, tailors, gunsmiths and fishing net makers.

If you are eligible for the scheme, then you have to go to your nearest Jan Seva Kendra to apply.

These are the benefits
If you join this PM Vishwakarma Yojana, you will get a daily stipend of Rs 500. Besides this, an incentive facility will also be available. At the same time, you will be given Rs 15,000 to buy tools. Apart from this, you can first take a loan of Rs 1 lakh and then an additional loan of Rs 2 lakh at an affordable interest rate.
