PVC Aadhaar card should not be made from outside because it was informed by UIDAI that if you make a PVC Aadhaar card from somewhere outside, like a cyber café, etc., then it is declared invalid and such a card will not be considered valid.
According to UIDAI, the PVC Aadhaar cards you get made from outside the market lack security features. Therefore making such PVC cards is not considered right from a security point of view.

Step 1
If you want to make a PVC Aadhar Card, then first of all you have to go to the official website of UIDAI, uidai.gov.in.
Then choose your preferred language go to the 'My Aadhaar' section and click on 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card'.
Step 2
After this enter the Aadhaar number and captcha code given on the screen
Then click on 'Send OTP'
Now an OTP will come on the mobile, fill it, and submit it.
Finally, after seeing the preview, pay the online fee of Rs 50, after which, within a few days, your PVC Aadhar card is prepared and arrives at your address and it is valid.
