Necessary ingredients
Gram flour - 150 grams
Oil – 2 cups
Urad dal flour – 1/2 cup
Salt - as per taste
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 2 teaspoons
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Recipe
- First of all, put all the ingredients except oil in a vessel and knead it like dough.
- After mixing, keep it aside for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, make a roll 1 inch thick in length from this dough and cut it into two equal parts.
- Now place it on a rolling board and roll it out thinly.
- After this, heat oil in a pan add rolled chorafali into it, and fry it well.
Now take it out on a plate sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve it with your favorite chutney.
