Matsyasana

To do this asana, spread a mat on the ground and lie down on your back (Anti-Aging Yogasana). After this, try to hold the toes of your left foot with your right hand and your right foot with your left hand. While you are doing this, keep both your elbows and knees on the ground. After this, take a deep breath hold it for some time, and release it. Doing this asana 5 times daily is beneficial.

Balasana

To do this asana, you will have to spread a mat (Anti-Aging Yogasana) and sit on it on your knees. After this, put all the weight of your body on the heels take a deep breath, and bend forward. During this, your chest must touch the thighs. Then try to touch your forehead to the ground. This asana can be done 3 to 5 times daily.

Bhujangasana

To do this Yogasana, spread a mat (Anti-Aging Yogasana) and lie down on it on your stomach. After this, keep your elbows close to your waist. Also, keep the palms upward. Then slowly inhale the chest and lift it upwards. After this, slowly lift your stomach area and remain in the same position for 30 seconds. Then while exhaling, slowly bring the stomach, chest, and head down towards the ground.
