For this, you have to go to cibil.com first
Then here you have to click on the option of 'Gate Your CIBIL score'

Step 2
After this, you have to choose a subscription plan according to your own.
Now you have to fill in your 10-digit mobile number, email ID, and other information like date of birth.
Then select Income Tax ID in password and ID type for login

Step 3
Then you have to enter your PAN number
After this, click on 'Verify Your Identity
Now submit the fees online and an OTP will come on the email and enter it and log in.
Then you have to fill out the form in the front, after which you will know whether a loan has been taken on your PAN card or not

Step 4
Now if there is a loan on your PAN card, which you have not taken, that is, it has been taken wrongly
In such a situation, you can complain to the IT department
