Periods are a natural process occurring in the body of women which is a part of their fallopian tubes. It is also called menstruation or menstruation. In which blood and tissue from inside the uterus of women come out through the vagina. This usually happens once a month. The duration of periods varies slightly, but it usually lasts for 3 to 7 days. It occurs at regular intervals of the month through the menstrual cycle and works to clean the uterus of the woman's body in an instant. Having periods is a normal part of a woman's life and is considered an important aspect of women's health.

During periods, women may face many problems like cramps, bloating, and mood swings. However, to fight all these problems, they have to adopt many measures. Yoga is such a solution that not only helps us to face these problems but also helps in making our life healthy and better. Today we will give information about those special yogasanas, which can help us during our periods.

1. Janushirsasana
To do this yoga asana, sit on the yoga mat in Sukhasana by straightening your back. Extend the left leg outward from the hip joint. Bend the right knee inward. Place the sole of the right foot on the inner side of the left thigh. Press the right foot and knee comfortably on the floor.

2. Dhanurasana
To do this yoga asana, lie down on your stomach on the yoga mat, keep the feet together, and keep the hands near the feet. Slowly bend the knees and hold the ankle with the hands. Breathe inward and lift the chest and raise the thighs above the ground. Look ahead and keep a smile on your face.

3. Ustrasana
To do this Yogasana, first of all, sit in Vajrasana. Now stand on the knees and rest the feet on the toes. In this position, the heels should be upwards. Then bend backward from the waist and try to hold the heels with both hands. Turn the neck backward and feel the stretch in it. Staying in this pose, breathe 5-6 times, and then get straight comfortably.
