Peanuts - 2 cups
Green chili - 2
Rai - 1/4 tsp
Red chili - 1 pinch
salt - as per taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp

First of all, keep a pan on medium heat.

Then roast the peanuts in a pan without oil for a few minutes.

After roasting the peanuts, take them out in a bowl.

4 After the peanuts cool down, mash them with your hands and separate their skins.

5 Then add peanuts, water as required, green chilies, and salt as per taste and grind them in the mixer.

6 After this add oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves to the pan and heat it again.

7 When the mustard seeds and curry leaves start to crackle, add them to the peanut mixture and sprinkle them.

8 Take your peanut sauce is ready.
