Bread Spring Rolls Recipe: Bread spring rolls can be a perfect recipe for breakfast or kids' lunch boxes. Many children start making faces after seeing the routine dishes in the tiffin and bring them back home half incomplete. This is a big problem for the parents. Ingredients to make Bread Spring Roll
For filling

Bread slices - 7-8
Finely chopped onion – 1/2 cup
The white part of spring onion – 2-3 tbsp
Carrot finely chopped - 1/2 cup
Cabbage finely chopped - 1 cup
Yellow capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup
Chopped green capsicum – 1/2 cup
Chopped red capsicum – 1/2 cup
Ginger chopped - 1/2 tsp
Garlic chopped - 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1-2
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1-2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste

For gram flour batter
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 1-2
salt - as per taste
Ajwain – 1 tsp
chopped coriander leaves
Oil - for frying

Bread Spring Roll Recipe
To make bread spring, first, we will prepare the filling. For this, put oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and saute well. After this, put onion in the pan and fry it too. After this, add carrot, cabbage, red, yellow, and green chopped capsicum to the pan and cook everything well. If you want, you can add more vegetables for filling.

Now after adding chopped green chilies to the mixture, add salt, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup, and vinegar as per taste and mix. After this add spring onion and fry for some time. After this turn off the gas. The filling is ready.
Now take the bread and keep it on a flat surface, press it well, and then roll it. After this, keep the filling on one side of the bread and then apply water and roll it. After this seal the bread properly. Now put gram flour in a vessel and prepare its mixture. To make this, make a medium-thick batter by adding ginger, celery, green coriander leaves, a little salt, and water to gram flour.

Now take the prepared roll and dip it well in the gram flour batter. After this, put oil in the pan, and after the oil is hot, put the bread roll dipped in gram flour in the pan and shallow fry it. Fry it till the bread spring roll turns golden brown. Similarly, fry all the rolls. It can also be kept in children's tiffin.
