On hearing the name of Jalebi, many people's mouth starts watering. When hot jalebi dipped in sugar syrup comes in front, it becomes difficult for anyone to stop himself, no matter how full the stomach is. During the festive season, there is a wonderful synergy between Jalebi and Kachori, that is, the combination of these two gives a different pleasure to the food lovers. You must have eaten a lot of Jalebi made from refined flour, but today we will tell you the recipe of Jalebi made from Paneer. This too will not remain nineteen in any way. Ingredients
Milk – 1 liter
Prepared Paneer – 250 grams
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Water – 500 ml
Sugar - 300 grams
Water – 150 ml
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – 1 tsp
Flour – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 35 grams
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Water – 50 ml.
oil for frying
Pistachios – for garnish

Recipe
- First of all, heat 1 liter of milk in a pan, add lemon juice to it, and keep stirring continuously, until the milk curdles completely.
Now take a bowl and place a muslin cloth over it, pour the milk mixture, and separate the water and cheese.
- Wash it with water to remove the smell of lemon juice.
-Hang the cloth for 30 minutes, so that the water gets squeezed out.
- Add 300 grams of sugar, 150 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder in a pan and stir until it dissolves.
- Add 1 teaspoon saffron it and mix well.


- On the other hand, add 2 tablespoons of flour, 35 grams of corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 50 ml of water in a bowl and mix.
- Add 250 grams of prepared paneer to it, mix it put it in a blender, and blend it well.
Now take out this mixture in a piping bag.
- Heat oil in a pan and start making jalebi in it using a piping bag.
- Fry the jalebi by slowly turning it until it becomes golden and crunchy.
- When all the jalebi is made, soak it in the prepared syrup for 5 minutes.
- Take out the jalebi from the syrup and garnish it with pistachios. Hot Paneer Jalebi is ready.
