Make paneer cheela for breakfast, it will increase the taste of the food

Paneer Chilla: Paneer Chilla is very tasty to eat. Gram flour and paneer are used to make it. You can make it for breakfast in less time. It is also beneficial for your health.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams cottage cheese,
  • one bowl of gram flour,
  • 1-2 finely chopped onions,
  • 1-2 finely chopped green chilies,
  • 1 finely chopped tomato,
  • green coriander,
  • one teaspoon turmeric,
  • one teaspoon of lemon juice,
  • salt as per taste,
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil

Method :

Grate the paneer, and add salt and chopped coriander according to taste.

Now put chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies in a bowl of gram flour.

Add turmeric powder to the gram flour, besides this add lemon juice and salt as per taste.

Now prepare the solution of this gram flour. Keep in mind that the batter should neither be too thick nor too thin.

Take a pan and put oil on it, when the oil becomes hot, pour gram flour batter on the pan and spread it well.

Fry it till it turns brown. Fry well from both sides.

Fold the cheela and fill it with grated cheese in the middle.

Your paneer cheela is ready, you can serve it with green or red chutney.
