Oats Chilla: Chillas made with oats and vegetable stuffing can prove to be an ideal breakfast for those who are health conscious. You can also make this delicious cheela as a main course dish. It tastes best when served with tamarind chutney. Here is the recipe-

Material :
Ingredients of Stuffed Oats Chilla
-1 cup oats

-2 tbsp gram flour

-1 tsp oil

-1/2 tsp green chili (chopped)

-1 cup water

-1/2 tsp turmeric powder

-1/2 tsp asafoetida

-1 tbsp green coriander (chopped)

Salt as per taste

-3 tsp oil

For vegetable stuffing
- 1/2 cup green peas (boiled)

-1/2 cup potatoes (boiled, peeled, and chopped)

-1/2 tbsp oil

-1 tbsp Onion (chopped)

-1 tbsp Tomato (chopped)

-1/2 tsp turmeric powder

-1/2 tsp garam masala

- a pinch of asafoetida

- Salt and chili powder as per taste

1 cup tamarind chutney (for serving)

Method :
1. Heat oil in a vessel, add turmeric powder, garam masala, asafoetida, onion, and tomato and fry for half a minute.

2. Add green peas, potatoes, salt, and chili powder as per taste and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Now add gram flour, green chilies, asafoetida, coriander, turmeric powder, ground oats, oil, water, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.

5. Pour the cheela mixture into the pan and shape it into a round shape.

5. Flip over to the other side and keep till it gets cooked on both sides. Put a little stuffing in the cheela, fold it, and take it out of the pan.

6. Enjoy piping hot oats cheela with tamarind chutney.
