We require many types of documents every day. Like- a death certificate. When a family member dies, people get his/her funeral done, but most people do not get the death certificate made. Perhaps they think what would be the need for it? But they forget that there are many tasks that can get stuck in the absence of this document. If the deceased person has any policy, has deposited money in the bank, or has made any other investment, then to claim all these you need a death certificate. If your loved one has passed away, you have to apply within 21 days of the person's death.

When the form is filled, attach the relevant documents and submit it to the Registrar/Sub Registrar.
After this, after following the entire process, a death certificate is prepared and given to you.
