Method of worshiping girl
Girls should be invited a day in advance for the banquet and puja. On the housewarming welcome the girls with the entire family and meditate on all the nine forms of Goddess Durga. The girls should be made to sit in a clean place and after placing their feet on a plate or plate filled with water mixed with turmeric, raw milk, flowers, and Durva, they should wash their feet with their hands and seek blessings by touching the feet. After that, Akshat, flowers, and kumkum should be applied on the forehead of all the Devi Swarupa girls. After this, after meditating on Goddess Bhagwati, serve delicious food to the girls.

After the meal, give Dakshina and gifts to the girls as per your capacity and seek blessings by touching their feet again. The age of girls should be between 2 and 10 years and their number should be at least 9 and there should also be a boy. Which is considered to be the form of Bhairav. Just as a mother's worship is not complete without Bhairav, similarly it is very important to feed food to a child at the time of Kanya Puja. In the end, while leaving the girls, take their blessings by touching their feet and while meditating on the Mother Goddess, ask for forgiveness for any mistake made during the Kanya Bhoj, by doing this the Mother Goddess becomes happy and all the troubles of the devotees go away. After bidding farewell to the girls, sprinkle the water with which you have washed your feet in the entire house, this removes the negative energy from the house.
