Almond pudding
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup ghee
- a little milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

If you want to make almond pudding, then first soak almonds. After this, take off the peels of soaked almonds and make a soft paste by adding some milk to the mixer.
After this, heat the ghee in a pan. When the ghee melts, add almond paste to it. After adding the paste, you have to roast it while stirring it on medium heat continuously.
When the color of the paste becomes light golden and the ghee starts separating from it, then understand that it is roasted. When the paste is roasted well, add sugar to it. Cook this halwa until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture starts to dry.
When the pudding starts drying, add cardamom powder and saffron and mix well. Finally, when the pudding is ready, take it out in a vessel and decorate it with chopped almonds and pistachios. The pudding is ready. Now you can offer it.
