Moong dal can be used to make many snacks.

This time know the easy method of making crispy kachori with moong dal. With this method, crispy kachori like the market of wheat flour can be made. For this, mix semolina in the flour and knead it. This will make the kachori crispy. At the same time, the kachori of refined flour can be made very crispy. Therefore, you can make kachori with both flours according to your taste.

Ingredients for making crispy kachori

One cup flour, two spoons semolina, two spoons gram flour, one cup soaked moong dal, red chili powder, cumin seeds, fennel, whole coriander, asafoetida, salt, green coriander, dry mango powder, oil.

Method of making kachori

Grind the soaked moong dal coarsely in a mixer.

Now mix semolina in refined flour or wheat flour, add one spoon of oil and salt as per taste, and knead the dough.

Cover the kneaded dough with a cloth.

Kachori stuffing

Heat oil in a pan and mix cumin seeds, fennel, coriander powder, crushed whole coriander, red chili powder, turmeric, and gram flour in it and fry on low flame.

Now add coarsely ground lentils to this mixture and cook while mixing well. Then add dry mango powder and salt as per taste and cook.
When the lentils start separating, understand that the masala is cooked.
Cool this stuffing and prepare round balls in equal proportion.

Kraspy Kachori Recipe
Apply some oil to the kneaded dough and knead it well once. Then make small balls.
Give the ball a bowl-like shape place the prepared masala ball in it and close it by making it like a bundle.
Now roll it in the shape of a small puri, keep it a little thick while rolling.
Heat oil in a pan put the kachoris in the boiling oil and deep fry them on low flame.
Fry all the kachoris till they turn golden, hot crispy kachoris are ready.
