Ingredients for Mix Fried Rice
Rice - one-and-a-half bowl
Carrot finely chopped - 1
Onion cut lengthwise – 2
Cauliflower chopped - 1/2 bowl
Capsicum chopped - 1
Garlic cloves - 6-7
Green chili - 1
Green coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt - as per taste
Mix Fried Rice Recipe
If you want to make mixed fried rice for lunch-dinner, first clean the rice and wash them thoroughly with water 2-3 times. After this, heat water in a vessel and add rice to it and boil it. When the rice boils, squeeze them to remove excess water. After this, cut long pieces of onion. Then finely chop capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, garlic, green chili, and coriander.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped onion and garlic and fry till they turn golden in color. After this add chopped carrots, capsicum, and cauliflower and cook. When the vegetables become soft, add soya sauce, black pepper, and salt as per taste, mix, and fry for some more time.
When all the vegetables get mixed with spices and start giving an aroma, add boiled rice to the pan and mix well with cooked vegetables and spices. After this, cover the pan and let the rice cook for another 5 minutes. During this, keep stirring the fried rice in between. Then turn off the gas. Flavorful mixed fried rice is ready. Serve them hot only.
