Winters have come and in winter mouth starts watering on hearing the name of parathas if these parathas are of mushrooms then what to say? The fiber, potassium, and vitamin C present in mushrooms help in controlling blood pressure. Vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus are found in abundance in mushrooms to make bones strong. Let's make mushroom parathas today.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms - 200 grams
  • 1 onion medium size
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 to 7 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • finely chopped coriander
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp refined oil

How to make

First of all, take two bowls of wheat flour in a bowl. Mix 1 tsp refined oil and salt in the flour and knead it well. Do not knead the dough too hard. Knead it and keep it aside.

To make stuffing

First, grate the mushrooms, then heat some oil in a pan. Add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds to it, then add chopped green chilies, and grated garlic to the pan, now add finely chopped onions to it. Fry them till they turn slightly red. Now put the grated mushroom in that pan.

Remember that mushroom releases water when heated, so dry that water well, then add salt as per your taste.

Add finely chopped green coriander on top. Now take it out on a plate to cool down.

To make parathas

When the stuffing cools down, make two balls of dough, and roll them into a thin roti shape. Now spread 2 to 3 spoons of mushroom stuffing on one rolled thin roti and press it well from the sides by placing another thinly rolled roti on top of it.

After that, roll it lightly and give it the shape of a paratha, remember that the stuffing should not come out.

Then apply a little oil on the griddle and bake it well on one side, then in the same way turn it over and bake it on the other side as well.

Tasty mushroom paratha is ready. You can eat it with momo chutney.
