If you eat mangoes in summer, then the day will be happy. Mango, the king of fruits, is rich in nutrients like Vitamin C. You must have eaten and drank mango salad, mango shake, or juice many times. But here we tell you the method of making mango peda. The method of making mango peda is easy-

To make Mango Peda, you will need 3/4 cup of mango puree, powdered milk, and evaporated milk. Also 1/4 cup sugar, a pinch of food color, 3 tbsp ghee, a big pinch of turmeric, a big pinch of ground cardamom, 10 to 12 almonds, pistachios, and nuts for garnish.

First, take a thick bottom pan. Now put one big spoon of ghee in it and heat it on low flame. Add powdered milk and sweetened condensed milk to the pan. Continue cooking till it reaches the consistency of the batter. Take out this mixture on a plate. After this, put about 2 tablespoons of ghee in the pan and heat it. Now add mango puree, cardamom powder, and turmeric.

Keep stirring the mixture till it becomes slightly thick. Now pour the mixture of powdered milk and condensed milk into the pan and stir. If the mixture becomes thick after boiling, then turn off the gas. Let the mixture cool down and make balls out of it. Flatten the tree and place an almond in the center.
