Material :
four large boiled potatoes
250 g paneer
50 grams flour
green coriander
three chopped onions
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
two tomatoes
200 ml. sour cream
8-10 raisins and cashews
50 grams of cashew paste
half teaspoon turmeric
Half a teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
1 teaspoon kasoori methi
salt to taste
a spoonful of sugar

Method :
To make kofta

First of all, keep the boiled potatoes in the fridge for four to six hours, and then mash the potatoes, paneer, and flour.

Now finely chop raisins and cashews and mix them with sugar in the mashed mixture.

After this, heat oil in a pan and make balls of the prepared mixture and fry them.

To make gravy
Fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in a pan well.

Now add cashew paste and kasoori methi along with all the other dry spices.

After roasting well, now add half a cup of water to it and when the gravy becomes thick, add cream or cream to it.

Now cook in this gravy for a while and then add the fried koftas to it.

A restaurant like Malai Kofta is ready. Serve it hot with roti.
