This is how you can activate your UAN number:-
Step 1
If you have not yet activated your UAN number, then definitely get this done before leaving the job.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of EPFO unified portal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
Step 2
After visiting the official website, you will see the 'Important Links' section at the bottom.
In this, you have to click on the option of 'Activate UAN'
Step 3
Then you will see that a new page will open in front of you
Now you have to enter your UAN number here
If there is no UAN number, you can also fill in the Member ID.
After this, you have to fill in things like your Aadhaar number, name, and date of birth.
Step 4
Now you have to enter your mobile number here, which is linked to your Aadhar card.
Then enter the captcha code shown on the screen
After this click on consent and click on 'Get Authorization Pin'
By doing this your UAN number will be activated.
