Surya Namaskar
Take out 20 minutes from your daily routine and do Surya Namaskar for 7 minutes. Believe me, it will give you peace of mind and heart. You should not look at the time to do Surya Namaskar, but look at the quality, because with this the proper chakra works to control our breath. However, the benefits of doing Surya Namaskar depend on the physical ability of the individual.
How to do?
- Stand on the edge of the mat with both your feet together.
- Then raise both hands in line with the shoulders and put the entire weight on both feet.
- Now join the palms and stick them to each other i.e. stand in the posture of Namaskar.
- Stay like this for some time and then become normal.
Abdominal breathing
Out of 20 minutes, your 7 minutes are over. Now it is your turn to do abdominal breathing for 3 minutes. You do abdominal breathing for 3 minutes daily. For this hold your breath. Then slowly and continuously exhale.
By doing this continuously, many types of physical problems can be overcome and you will also have control over your breath.
Nadi Shodhana Pranayama
Now it is time to do Nadi Shodhan Pranayama, for which you will have to take only 5 minutes. This Pranayama is such that by doing it, the muscles of the heart, lungs and brain get strength, due to which they remain healthy. Also, if you get very angry or have high blood pressure, then definitely do this.
To do this, inhale from the left and exhale from the right, then inhale from the right and exhale from the left. Similarly, practice it for 5-7 minutes.
Bhramari Pranayama
Apart from calming the mind, women should do Bhramari Pranayama daily for just 2 minutes to get many health benefits. If you do Bhramari Pranayama for three minutes, you will get relief from stress and anxiety. Also, it makes the voice sweet and strengthens the vocal cords.
Sit still
In today's time, only noise is heard everywhere. In such a situation, the mind remains very restless. If your mind is restless, sit empty and quiet for 3 minutes daily. Sitting quietly for 3 minutes keeps your attention focused.
