Diabetic patients should avoid these things and crave sweets
- Diabetic patients can eat sweet potatoes to overcome sweet cravings. Its glycemic index is very low. Apart from this, it also has a high amount of fibre which keeps the sugar under control.
- Diabetic patients can consume orange. It contains high amounts of Vitamin C, fibre and minerals. The antioxidants present in it can keep diabetes under control.
- You can consume avocado, it also contains fibre which not only reduces the blood sugar level but also removes sugar cravings.
- Diabetic patients can consume dates to satisfy their craving for sweets. Its glycemic index is also low.
