1. If you practice yoga in the morning or evening, then keep in mind that you do not have to consume water immediately after this. Drinking water immediately after doing yoga causes phlegm to accumulate in the throat. In such a situation, you will not be able to stay healthy even by doing yoga. That's why drink water only after some time after yoga.
2. This is special for those who do yoga in the morning. If you do yoga for one or half an hour in the morning, then go for a bath only after 2-3 hours. Because doing yoga consumes a lot of energy from the body. Due to this, the temperature of the body increases. That's why one should never take a bath immediately after practicing yoga.
3. If you have woken up by doing yoga, control your appetite for some time. Eating heavily immediately after yoga can cause indigestion. That's why you eat after waiting for some time. That is, eat food only after at least half an hour of practicing Yogasana.
