3-4 amla chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
10-15 curry leaves
2 pinches asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 green chili
1 tsp desi ghee

How to make Amla Ginger Soup?
To make Amla Ginger Soup, you must first wash the Amla.
After this, put amla and ginger in the cooker and boil them.
Then take out the amla and ginger and keep them in a bowl.
After this, take out the kernels of amla and put them in a bowl.
Then you mash amla and ginger and make a paste by mixing it.
After this, take cumin, black pepper, green chili, and curry leaves.
