Material :
Poppy seeds 50 grams
sugar to taste
water as needed
4-5 ice cubes
Method :
First of all, put poppy seeds in water in a utensil and soak them for 3 hours.
When the grains become soft, grind them in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
Now add 4 spoons of water and grind it coarsely again.
After this, filter this paste in a vessel with the help of a cloth.
At the same time, add water to the remaining paste and filter it again.
Now add sugar as per taste and then keep it in the fridge to cool down.
When it cools down well, pour it into a serving glass and serve it with ice cubes.
