3. Eggs
Although eggs are eaten mainly to meet the protein requirements, they also contain zinc as well as vitamins and selenium in abundance. To avoid zinc deficiency, eat 2 eggs daily.

4. Oats

5. Dark Chocolate
Most of us like to eat dark chocolate, it is considered a rich source of zinc and it also contains a lot of iron and magnesium. Dark chocolate maintains blood pressure and also helps in functioning properly.
