1. Eat healthy food

2. Quit smoking and drinking

3. Increase physical activity
If you work for 8 to 10 hours while sitting in an office, then the risk of heart attack increases significantly. Many times we do not get time to go to the gym. No matter how busy we are, we must find time for exercise for one hour a day. If you want, you can also do stair climbing and walking. The more you increase physical activity, the less will be the risk of heart disease.
4. Don't take tension
From studies to work, a person's burden increases due to stress, sometimes failure of a relationship can also put you in tension. If you want to prevent the risk of heart attack, then develop the habit of always being happy and avoid unnecessary overthinking.
