If you are 40 years old, then your blood should be checked regularly because the risk is very high at this age. People in the age group of 40 to 50 should have a fasting sugar level of 90 to 130 mg/dL, while after eating this level should be less than 140 mg/dl and after dinner, it should be up to 150.
How to control sugar
If you have diabetes, then you have to control your sugar level at all costs. For this, you can increase physical activities, if you make a habit of walking daily then it will be very good for your health. As far as diet is concerned, avoid oily food, sweet things, and processed food items as much as possible.
