Raw Mango (Kairi) – 1
Green chili chopped - 3-4

To make flavourful raw mango and mint chutney, first, clean the mint leaves and remove thick stalks and wash the leaves in water. After this, take out the leaves and keep them aside so that their extra water can drain out. Now peel the raw mango (Carri) and cut it from the middle, separate the kernels and cut it into small pieces. Now put mint leaves, and raw mango pieces in the mixer jar and grind it by adding one or two spoons of water.
After grinding two to three times, open the lid of the jar and put fennel, cumin, and green chilies in it. After this, pour half a cup of water into the jar and grind the chutney to make a smooth paste. If you want, you can also grind the chutney coarsely. After the chutney is ready, take it out in a bowl. Tasty raw mango-mint chutney is ready to eat. It can be served at lunch or dinner.
