Drink water

You consumed a lot of sweets and refined items during Diwali. In such a situation, you should cut off sugar from your diet. That is, do not eat any sweets now. Add a negligible amount of sugar to tea. To overcome sugar cravings, you can consume fruits.

Improve sleeping pattern
