Ingredients needed to make Coconut Paneer-
Paneer 250 grams
Fresh cream ½ cup
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Coconut 5 teaspoons grated
Tomatoes 2-3 finely chopped
Onions 2 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Paneer masala 1 teaspoon
Green chilies 3-4
Bay leaves 2
Cloves 2-3
Cardamom 2-3
Oil A little
Salt as per taste
How to make Coconut Paneer?
To make coconut paneer, first of all, take paneer.
Then cut it into a square shape and keep it.
After this, put oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
Then put paneer pieces in hot oil and fry them lightly.
After this, take out the fried paneer in a vessel and keep it aside.
Then put cumin and bay leaves in hot oil and crackle.
After this, add clove, cardamom, and ginger garlic paste to it.
Then you fry it for about 1 minute and then add onion.
After this, fry the onion till it becomes light golden.
Then add tomatoes to it and fry till it becomes soft.
After that add turmeric, garam masala, and paneer masala and fry it.
Then add grated coconut and red chili powder to it.
After this, you cook it for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add cream to it and mix it well.
After this, add fried paneer, salt, and water as required.
Then you cook it till the gravy thickens and turn off the gas.
Now your delicious Coconut Paneer is ready.
