Material :

Half cup gram sattu

10 mint leaves

2 teaspoons lemon juice

half teaspoon roasted cumin

black salt as per taste

white salt to taste

Method :

First of all, dissolve the sattu by putting it in cold water. Keep in mind that while making the solution, there should be no lumps in it.

Now add one more cup of water and add black salt, plain salt, mint leaves, lemon juice, and roasted cumin powder.

Sattu's delicious salty syrup is ready.

Now pour this sherbet into a glass and add 3-4 ice cubes to make it more chilled.
