Protein (5 grams), fiber (1 gram), 20 percent magnesium, and 15 percent zinc of daily requirements can be obtained from 28 grams of cashews. Cashews are particularly rich in unsaturated fats, which have been found to reduce the risks of premature death and heart disease. It has a low sugar content and is a source of fiber, which can benefit your health.

People wishing to lose weight are advised to include nuts in their diet.
