Ingredients required to make Mango Shahi Tukda-

Mango 3

Milk powder 1 cup

Baking soda ½ tsp

Milk ½ liter

Sugar ¼ cup

Saffron 1 pinch

Green cardamom 1 small

Mango rabbi

For soaking 1 ladleful of milk 500 ml white bread for fried bread 6 slices ghee mango 1/2 sprig of mint leaves

How to make Aam Shahi Tukda?

To make Aam Shahi Tukda, first of all, take a mixing bowl.

Then add chopped mango, milk powder, and saffron to it and mix.

After this, put the prepared mixture and sugar in a pan and cook for about 1 minute.

Then add milk to it and cook on a medium flame for about 2 minutes.

After this, put soda in it and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Then add ground cardamom to it and mix well.

After this, take it off the flame and keep it cool down.

Then you add milk to soak it in milk.

After this, take the bread and cut it into a triangle shape.

Then heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry the bread.

After this, cook it till it turns golden brown.

Then you soak the bread in the prepared milk for about 20-25 minutes.
