If your driving license is lost or stolen, then you have to lodge an FIR for it at your nearest police station before applying. Be sure to take its copy, because it is needed while making DL again.

If your DL is lost or stolen, then to get it made again, first of all, you have to go to the official website of Road Transport.
Then give your information here and fill out the LLD form.
Step 2
Then take a printout of this filled form
After this, attach a copy of the relevant document along with it.
Now you have to go to the RTO office with this form.
Step 3
You have to go to the RTO office and meet the concerned officer.
Then submit this form here
After this, as soon as the process is completed, you are issued a duplicate driving license.
DL is sent to your home by Indian Post.
